You have signed up, but when you try to Login, you are told that you are “Blocked” – what do you do?

If you are told you are 'blocked', then the Sign Up process was never actually completed.  This usually happens because actions described in the e-mail that was sent to your e-mail account were not completed. Please check you e-mail Inbox for an e-mail from mediclim@mediclim.com with instructions to click on a link to confirm your sign up. If you do not find that e-mail from us there, please see the next question.
