You've completed the sign-up forms and completed payment for membership, but nothing happened - what should you do?
Once you have completely filled out the forms and completed your membership payment, you should get a response in your email account from us within a few minutes. If you have not received confirmation by email, please check:
i) First, please always check your e-mail – your account may still have been set up and the e-mail delivered, but you were never presented with our response because of a problem with Internet communications.
ii) Second, please check your junk / bulk / spam email for a message from mediclim@mediclim.com. Add this address to your allowed contacts so you can continue to receive emails from us.
iii) If you do not have any e-mail message, then please try completing the form a second time – regrettably, it seems your sign-up attempt may not have been properly completed.
