You've filled out the Sign-up form and submitted it, but nothing happened - what should you do?

Once you have completely filled out the form and clicked the “Submit” button, you should get a response on your web browser from us within a few minutes indicating that an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail account with instructions to complete the registration  (This is called the “Activation e-mail”). You must click on the link in that e-mail to complete your registration. Naturally, you did not get that response, since you are asking this question.  There are several possible reasons for this, so you can check a few things: i) First, please always check your e-mail – your account may still have been set up and the e-mail delivered, but you were never presented with our response because of a problem with Internet communications. ii) If you do not have any e-mail message, then please try completing the form a second time – regrettably, it seems your original message was never received by us.
