I live in the midwest and the alerts are coming out at 11:30 a.m. By this time I am already suffering from whatever the malady is. it would be nice if these things are posted or issued early in the morning, so that I am aware of what will be happening before the problem hits, not after I am already suffering.

When I signed up I expected that when I received a health alert for any of the disease diagnoses I put in would include some information about why the alert was being issued. I am surprised, not pleasantly, that there was no such information provided nor can I find any. I'm not one to believe in 'magic' nor secret information. And frankly, the weather forecast for my area does not show any of the indicators of I am aware of that would exacerbate my disease. At this point I have to wonder if this isn't just another 'snake oil' pseudoscience operation. I would prefer to find out that there is scientific data underlying the decision making structure and that it is available for scrutiny.
