Migraine relief

I've suffered with migraines for over 20 years. Last year, my massage therapist told me he had a treatment for migraines. I decided to give it a try and I have not had a full-blown migraine since last July - that's 6 months now - and I probably had an average of 2-3 a week!! I've had a few minor headaches that I can easily take care of with my Tylenol Ultra, which is a huge relief. I have not missed a day's work due to migraine since I started the treatment. I went for 3 initial treatments (although he didn't think I needed that many but I wanted to make doubly, or triply in this case, sure). I went back for one treatment in December because I'd had a few minor headaches and decided to get another treatment; again, it worked wonderfully. If anyone else out there is tired of suffering from migraines, call a massage therapist to see if they give these treatments (most of it involves the neck/shoulder area). You have nothing to lose, except maybe migraines. Good luck to anyone who gives it a try. It's certainly worked miracles for me. My only regret is that I hadn't tried it a few years ago.

I go to massage therapist often but apparently mine doesn't know what yours does because I still get migraines everytime the weather changes.
