Difficulties with the “Sign Up” and “Login” steps
Our Sign Up procedure consists of two steps. The first requires that you fill in and submit a form on our web site. The second step requires that you Click on the link provided to you in an e-mail that we send you.
However, there are times when things don’t seem to have worked properly. We provide answers here to the most common of these problems
1) You have signed up, but when you try to Login, you are told that you are “Blocked” – what do you do?

A: if you are told you are ‘blocked’, then the Sign Up process was never actually completed. This usually happens because actions described in the e-mail that was sent to your e-mail account were not completed.

Please check you e-mail Inbox for an e-mail from mediclim@mediclim.com with instructions to click on a link to confirm your sign up.

If you do not find that e-mail from us there, please see the next question.

A: Most of our subscribers have no problem receiving the e-mail. However, we are aware that some persons do not readily see the e-mail in their Inbox. There are two reasons why this may have happened.

First, please check your SPAM or Junk folders for an e-mail from Mediclim@Mediclim.com. If it is there, Click on the “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” button which should have been provided somewhere on your e-mail page by your e-mail provider. Upon doing this, this e-mail will be moved to your Inbox, where you will now find it. Go to it and follow the instructions within the e-mail to click on a link which will complete your sign up.

If our e-mail is not in your Spam or Junk folder, we suggest you carry out the following steps in the order shown (you may want to print these steps):

a) add mediclim@mediclim.com to you e-mail list of contacts.

b) Then send an e-mail to mediclim@mediclim.com, with the subject line “Reset the Sign Up”. There is no need for anything to be within the message.

c) Wait 5 minutes, then go to the mediclim.com homepage, click on “What’s my Username or Password”.

d) Enter your e-mail in the box which will appear on your screen

e) Click on Submit

f) You will be sent an e-mail with a ‘one-time’ link to our web pages. Go to your mail, locate the message and click on the link which is in that e-mail.

g) A web page on our site will open for you. Now you will have to confirm or reset your password, since your original password will have been deleted. To do so, Click on the “Manage my Account” button found at the top of the yellow bar on the right. A page will open which has boxes for you to enter any password you wish. Fill these in and ‘Submit’ (found at the very, very bottom of the page).
- You've filled out the Sign-up form and submitted it, but nothing happened - what should you do?

A: Once you have completely filled out the form and clicked the “Submit” button, you should get a response on your web browser from us within a few minutes indicating that an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail account with instructions to complete the registration (This is called the “Activation e-mail”). You must click on the link in that e-mail to complete your registration. Naturally, you did not get that message, since you are asking this question. There are several possible reasons for this, so you can check a few things:

i) First, please always check your e-mail – your account may still have been set up and the e-mail delivered, but you were never presented with our response because of a problem with Internet communications.

ii) If you do not have any e-mail message, then please try completing the form a second time – regrettably, it seems your original message was never received by us.

A: you are free to use any password you choose. This will be a password to login to the MediClim website, where you will be able to view past alerts and find more information about weather and health.
Note that we recommend that you NOT use the same password that you use for your personal e-mail account.
